I began my culinary journey at the age of 15, working my way up through the kitchen ranks.
With over a decade of experience, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of kitchens and restaurants, starting as a kitchen porter and eventually becoming a head chef at two AA Rosette level. My career has also taken me into event catering, where I've had the privilege of working on tours both UK and European, festivals, the Olympic Games (Tokyo Beijing, Paris) weddings, and private dining experiences, as well as in the Film and TV industry. My passion for cooking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to any environment have shaped me into a versatile, well travelled and accomplished chef.
